SHIPPING

Yes.  

For orders above $50 we offer free First Class United States Postal Service, which typically takes one to four business days, but in some cases can take up to 10 business days. The estimated delivery date is not guaranteed, but we ship goods out within 24 hours.  If an exact delivery date is needed please choose another shipping option.  

For orders above $200, we offer free UPS ground which generally takes 2-5 business days, but in some cases longer.

We offer paid rates on UPS Ground, UPS 2 Day Air and Priority Overnight.  These are calculated rates at checkout.  You order will ship the same day for orders received by 1pm.

We ship internationally to almost every country via FedEx International (2 - 10 business days).  We offer flat rates at checkout.  Duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency of your destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees (I.C.O.D) are collected at the time of delivery.

RETURNS

Yes.  You must use our return portal below to receive your pre-paid return label to return full-price merchandise within 21 days for a store credit or within 14 days for refund to original payment method.

If you would like a refund back to your original payment between 14 and 21 days, a $5 restocking fee will be deducted.

We will not accept any merchandise that is just sent back.

JEWELRY CARE

Plated metals naturally tarnish over time when exposed to body oils and other natural elements.

To preserve your Lele Sadoughi jewelry, we recommend avoiding contact with harsh substances and putting on jewelry after using perfumes and hairsprays.

To request a repair please email studio@lelesadoughi.com and be sure to include your name, telephone number, and a brief description of the problem. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.  

HEADBAND CARE

To ensure your headband will look its very best, we ask that you keep dry and shield fully from perfumes, hairsprays, and lotions. Spot clean with water and soap if absolutely necessary. 

FACE MASK CARE

If you've inserted a filter, remove it before washing.

We recommend washing your face masks in a mesh lingerie bag due to the delicate nature of our heat stamp embellishments.

Sort the masks by color when washing.

If you choose to hand-wash your masks, fill the sink with hot water and add detergent.

Air dry your masks in direct sunlight, or on a dying rack.

When your masks are dry, store them in a safe place. We recommend our PVC pouches. You can shop them here.

All face masks are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

MATERIALS

Yes.  We use surgical steel in our jewelry.

Petite Headbands

No.  They are for all ages.  The petite headbands fit like our best sellers, but are slimmer for a different look for you or your mini.
