For orders exceeding $50, we provide complimentary shipping via First Class USPS. This shipping service generally delivers within 3-7 business days, though occasionally it may take up to 10 business days in certain instances.
For orders exceeding $200, we provide free UPS Ground shipping. This option typically delivers within 2-5 business days, although there may be instances where delivery takes longer.
Please note, USPS is the only carrier that can ship to P.O boxes. Lele Sadoughi is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided for shipments.
In addition to our complimentary First Class USPS service, we offer UPS Ground shipping and UPS 2 Day Air service. Orders that are received by 1pm will be shipped the same business day. Orders that are received after 1pm, will be shipped the next business day.

For orders exceeding $200, we offer complimentary international shipping to nearly all countries within 2-10 business days.
For orders below $200, flat rates are available at checkout. Duties, taxes, and VAT will be calculated during checkout and are determined by the customs agency of your destination country.
Please note our fulfillment center operates from Monday-Friday. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day. Orders with rushed shipping will be prioritized on Monday morning.

For orders placed after November 21st, our holiday return policy extends the standard return window. You have until January 10th to return or exchange items purchased during this period. This extended timeframe acknowledges the busy holiday season and ensures you have enough time to make returns or exchanges.
We offer complimentary domestic returns. To ensure a smooth return process and obtain authorization, as well as your prepaid return label, please utilize the return portal linked below. Please keep in mind that full-price merchandise can be returned within 21 days for store credit or within 14 days for a refund to the original payment method.

To preserve your Lele Sadoughi products, we recommend storing in our cloth pouches and avoiding contact with harsh substances like perfumes and hairsprays. Items with plated metals naturally tarnish over time when exposed to body oils and other natural elements. Please handle with care, as excessive dropping, wear and tear, and improper transport can contribute to damage over time.
To ensure your product will look its very best, we ask that you keep dry and shield fully from perfumes, hairsprays, and lotions. Spot clean gently with water only and store in our cloth pouch out of direct sunlight.
Face masks and scarves can be hand washed in warm water with a soap detergent or machine wash with like colors. We recommend using a mesh lingerie bag in the washing machine to preserve items like fabric, embellishments, and adjustable ties. Line dry to avoid shrinkage.

Yes and yes. We offer complimentary earring back replacements for a 5 dollar shipping fee. Additionally, we use surgical steel for our earring posts.
The classic and slim knotted headbands have the same fit, but the slim headband is thinner. Our kids headband has a shorter band to accommodate a smaller head for children around the ages of 3-9.
